EdConnect is a video-based messaging app that brings the classroom experience online. With EdConnects asynchronous video, educators and students can interact and collaborate in a way that honors everyones busy schedules. **EdConnect is now being offered to educators for free through May 30, 2020.**


HOW DOES IT WORK?
Educators: invite students to class groups, post topics, and watch them respond with their own videos. You can also moderate comments, host "virtual office hours" on your own time, hold daily stand-up meetings with TA’s, and more.

Students: Quickly post video responses to class prompts, respond or react to classmates videos, get instant notifications when your professor or classmates post new videos, hold your own virtual study groups, and ask your instructor questions in a more personal format than email.

When you really need to provide context, demonstrate complex subjects, or create a collaborative classroom environment, video rules. Text-based methods can lead to apathy, disengagement and dropoff.
